The Country Sports Ireland Large Wild Game (Deer) meat hygiene course is recognised by all appropriate Competent Authorities throughout Ireland which means that successful learners will be approved to sell deer carcasses to Approved Game Handling Establishments. The course will also be of interest to learners who may not necessarily wish to sell carcasses but wish to substantially develop their knowledge and confidence in areas covered by the course.

Access to a unique online training manual is provided FREE of charge to all learners who book on the course.

Places on the next Country Sports Ireland Deer Stalking Training Course are now very limited.

This will be our LAST Deer Stalking Training Course of 2026, we recommened booking ASAP to avoid dissapointment.

The Country Sports Ireland Deer Stalking Training Course is approved by National Parks and Wildlife Service as meeting the mandatory training and certification requirements for the issue of a Deer Hunting Licence and is also acceptable to Coillte for any person hunting deer under licence on Coillte lands.
