Terrible news about the Duathlons, superb events which provided a great early season goal for everyone. The closest thing we will have to a duathlon will be the festival of Racing in Hollymount on Sunday 21st November. It's with great regret but it looks like we will not be in a position to host any duathlons for the foreseeable future.
There are no insurance companies willing to cover the events.
It looks like Brexit has caused this along with outrageous claims in the courts.
If anything changes ye will be the first to know..

This weekend the Hollymount Wheelers Cycling Group sportif returns with 2 fantastic routes. The 50k offers an ideal route for newbies to cycling or those who want a nice short friendly Sunday morning cycle. The 110k offers fantastic scenery passing by the shores of Lough Carra, Lough mask, Loch na Fooey and Lough Corrib. With plenty of hills to get the heart rate up and descents to get the speed up!!
