A big thank you to all the ladies who attended class today. We covered some wrist grabs, push and choke against a wall. Plus some other related techniques. Time flew. Welcome to our new page. This page is for ladies who wish to learn how to defend themselves. First class for this year is on October 17th from 11am for 2 hours in Shrule community centre. Cost €15.
