Last night’s Teens Jiujitsu crew T45 Jiujitsu - BJJ East Cork 🔥

Over 20 on the mats on a Wednesday night. This group just keeps growing, and it’s great to see the friendships carry on and off the mats as much as the Jiujitsu.

We run Teens classes (13–17) Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so there’s plenty of classes to train with people your own age.
