Park Utd u17a hosted Wilton A at Home today. The game was tightly contested throughout and ended 2-2. Park took the lead via a Tony Murphy finish from the edge of the box on 17minutes.Unfortunately we conceded the next 2 goals in the game, 25 mins and early in the second half 49mins .The boys found a way back into with really nice football that saw space open up for Michael Coughlan to drill it home from 25 yards on 67mins . End to end for the last 20 minutes with both sides going for it and creating winning opportunities late on.The draw was a Fair result in the end.

It's the weekend again and that means fixtures starting tonight with juniors at home versus passage at 8pm. Our U12A boys were away to Mallow Utd last night.

The lads started extremely well and created numerous opportunities from the off. Shay Hurley's first incisive run was met with a foul which resulted in a penalty which was handily slotted by Donnnacha Sherlock in the sixth minute.

Over the following fifty minutes Mallow clawed their way back and took a commanding lead which was protected by their handball alley of a goalkeeper who had an answer for everything the lads fired at him.

Seba Richter burst through with an alley cracker however in the dying minutes. A very encouraging performance which they'll take a lot from. Final score:

Our u15 girls hosted Springfield Ramblers at home in the league last night. We started with a fast tempo and were 3-0 up after 15 minutes after some excellent passing and determination. 3 great strikes from Cara Dunne, Lucy Conroy and Molly Thornton. Eabha Ui Dhinnín added a 4th just before the break.
The girls put in a massive effort in the second half as we wanted to keep the clean sheet and that we did. Eva Dawson scored our 5th with 10 minutes left on the clock.
A tremendous attitude and effort from all the girls.

The U12 girls had their first League match away to Mallow on Tuesday evening with a 8pm KO. With only 10 players available, the girls put in a massive effort but went one nil down from a good strike in the first half. Towards the end of the first half, through great teamwork, Jessica Kucaba scored the equaliser. Unfortunately Mallow scored twice in the second half to finish the game 3-1 to Mallow. The Park girls put in a massive work rate & performed really well.

U18’s earned a hard fought deserved victory in the Munster Youth Cup away to Youghal today. Michal Bieganowski scored a last minute equalizer to tie the game at 1-1.
Park won the resulting penalty shootout 9-8, having scored 9 of 9 pens taken!
Lorcan Roche saved the last kick in an incredible shootout win.

U14’s had the 12.30 KO at home to Wilton Utd this afternoon. Having had slow starts to there last two games our boys were up to the speed of the game straight away. Two good teams going at it from the start. Park started to dominate midfield and created a couple of chances. This pressure led to our first goal where Brannan slotted it into the bottom right corner. Soon after Brannan would get his second after great pressure from Senan down the right. 2-0 at half time in really humid conditions. Some forced changes at halftime but we were still in control. Bit of confusion at the back led to a Wilton goal. Soon after a great goal by Senan following a super ball by Jack gave us our 2 goal lead again. Wilton would score a second to make it 3-2 and that’s how it ended. After a tough couple of defeats it was great to get the 3pts. No more than the boys deserved. 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
