It was with great shock and sad hearts our community learned of the sudden l passing of our good friend Kieran Duffy.
Gone far too young and much too soon, Kieran leaves behind a lifetime of golden memories, laughter and football excellence with Castledaly GAA.
Kieran will be remembered as a larger than life character even from his earliest underage arrival. A naturally talented and creative footballer, Kieran was equally comfortable in any team position, becoming a defensive foundation for underage teams to build upon. With many awards and trophies in his collection, it is his fun personality and genuine character Kieran will live long in our memories.
Kieran viewed life to be enjoyed to its fullest and embraced friends and family in his embracing experience. Quick with a welcoming smile and laugh, Kieran was a born entertainer, a sharp wit and storyteller.
Our sincerest sympathies and condolences to his heartbroken parents Paddy and Betty, brothers Gerry and Aidan, sister Annette, sister-in-law Marie, brother-in-law Tom, niece Annie, nephews Evan and Darragh, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, relatives and many friends.
