Some messages stop me in my tracks, and these are a few of them 🥹

There are new mums, a mum of five, people going through menopause, lone parents, full-time workers, and lads who wouldn’t get in a photo a year ago.

Every one of them has a busy, real life. None of them did anything extreme. They turned up, trusted the process and kept going on the weeks it felt hard.

The scales only tell part of the story. The jeans that fit, the best dressed award, the new PBs and the confidence to finally be in the picture are the wins I’m proudest of.

So proud of every one of you 💚

Halfway through the week and every class is smashing it 💪

From the early risers to the evening crew, you’ve brought the effort and the energy so far this week, and you’ve cheered each other through every last rep.

This is the part of the job our coaches love most. We get to watch you push a little harder, lift a little heavier and leave a little prouder than when you walked in.

Let’s finish the week strong. We see it, and we love to see it 💚

We’re terrible at keeping secrets 🤐

…but we’re managing this one. Just about.

Something new is coming very soon, and we can’t wait to show you 👀

Option two

Can’t say much.

Can say it’s coming soon.

Can say you’re going to love it 🤭

These are the things that make us proudest.

They aren’t PBs or numbers on a scale. They’re the moments that show what this place has become.

Members who never thought they’d enjoy the gym are now the first through the door. Friends are bringing friends, classes are planning nights out together, and StrengthShed merch is turning up all over town. People keep asking when the next social is, and someone tells us “I wish I’d started sooner.”

We didn’t build a gym, you built a community. Every one of you who walks through those doors is part of it.

And the fact you chose us still means the world 💚

We are SO proud of this girl 🤍 Lauren joined us in March and she’s worked so hard every single week since. 8kg down, fitter, stronger and a whole lot more confident. She even took a planned break and came straight back to it. That’s the bit we love most.

Swipe to see her journey so far 👉

Lauren, we can’t wait to see what’s next (and to see you at the strong comp 👀💪)

Want this to be you? DM us “READY” and we’ll tell you how we can help.

Same busy day. Same foods you like. Just a better structure.

We help our members look at what’s actually happening in their day and make simple changes that work around real life — more protein earlier, planned snacks, normal family meals and room for foods they enjoy.

No food bans. No separate meals. No starting over every Monday.

Just personalised nutrition, accountability and support to help you build habits that actually stick. 🤍

We get this message a lot

And every time, the first thing we say is the same: you weren’t bad. 🤍

Food isn’t good or bad, and one evening, one meal or one day doesn’t undo your progress.

Instead of looking at what you ate and feeling like you need to “make up for it”, we’d look at what led up to it.

Were you eating enough during the day?
Had you been restricting certain foods?
Were you overly hungry by the evening?
Was it a busy or stressful day?
Did you feel like you’d “been good” all day and then decided you’d blown it anyway?

These are the things we help you uncover.

Because our job isn’t to give you another list of foods you can and can’t eat. It’s to help you understand why you’re struggling, what your body actually needs, and how to build an approach to food that feels sustainable in real life.

We work on the bigger picture — your nutrition, habits, relationship with food, consistency and confidence — so you can stop constantly starting over and actually know how to move forward when things don’t go perfectly.

Understand it. Adjust it. Move forward.

That’s it. No guilt needed. Ever.

The biggest thing here is this: what happens at 9pm usually started at 9am.

When you’ve barely eaten all day, of course the evening feels out of control. That’s not a character flaw. That’s being hungry and tired.

What we don’t want to do is try to fix it by eating even less tomorrow. That just makes the next night harder.

Start with protein at breakfast and lunch, and plan the snack you actually enjoy. Small changes, and the evenings get calmer.

And that’s often where the real work is — not cutting more out, but understanding what your body is asking for and building habits that actually support you.

You don’t need to be stricter with yourself. You need a routine that works *with* you, not against you. 🤍

How many of you have done this exact day? 🙈 “Good” all day. Barely eating. Running on coffee and whatever the kids leave behind.

Then the house goes quiet, you finally sit down… and you’re standing at the press wondering what just happened.

You’re not weak, and you’re definitely not on your own.

This is one of the most common things we hear.
All week we’re explaining why it happens and what we’d change. Drop a 🙈 if this was you last night.

All week we’ve talked about something a lot of you told us you relate to: putting yourself last. Colm was there too. He’d tried everything over the years, but nothing stuck. After Christmas he decided it was time, even though walking into a new gym felt like a big step.

Now his sessions are the part of his week he won’t miss, and the compliments haven’t stopped. Swipe to see his journey 👉

That’s what our small-group personal training (SGPT) is built for:

→ Three planned hours a week, at times that fit around work and family
→ Every session written for you, so there’s nothing to figure out when you’re tired
→ Coached in a small group, with someone noticing if you’ve been missing
→ Strength and fat-loss progress, tracked

We are SO proud of Colm🤍

If you’re ready to be back on your own list, send us “MY HOUR” and we’ll chat about whether SGPT fits your week.

No pressure.
