💙 Preparations are well underway for our Fittest Family event tomorrow! 💙

The course is coming together, our Fittest Family bear is ready, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to Monasterevan GFC tomorrow from 2pm! 💪💙

Whether you’re competing for the title or just coming along for the fun, it promises to be a brilliant afternoon for all the family!

Our club has hosted many talks from the Movember charity and GPA to help young people and teach about su***de prevention and what to do if someone confides in you.
We encourage talking and there will always be a person that can help should anyone need to talk.
Don’t be afraid to have the conversation and take the time to reach out.
