Very Proud Dad Yesterday!!

Harvey nailed his 1st outting on his bike without stabilisers. Bit rocky on the 1st few attempts but then after building a bit of confidence he was able to fly it.

We went back today and he was able to start and do a whole lap!

That's his 1st goal of 2021 hit 🎯

During these uncertain times it's great to see so many people getting out doing 5km walk, jogs and runs for charity, some people who havent exercised in years!!

But once all the dust settles after the covid19 pandemic.

Now don't get me wrong of course the gym, more so resistance training is super important for a toned body. But you need to be also progressing in the kitchen creating and enjoyed your meals all within your daily calories!

Winning the battle with a calorie deficit day in and day out will lead you to faster results

👌Lunch Time🔥
With home workouts coming from every angle there is never an excuse of not knowing how to train while at home, and if you have done any of my workouts you will know how hard they can be 🔥

But what can be even harder is keeping your nutrition on track, we are probably the least active we have been in a long time so that means fewer calories getting expended! I think everybody has eased of their nutrition during the covid 19 lockdown, I know I have 🐳! But I'm still trying to keep the main meals ticking over 👍

💊 No Magic 💊

I had a conversation with a woman last week who was telling me the key 🔑 for her losing weight was that she went gluten free and lactose free.

So in turn by cutting out bread and other gluten products along with dairy products she put herself into a calorie deficts!! Which was probably a bit extreme because it's not something that she could stick to long term and the end result was that she put the weight back on!! Your "Diet" should be something you can follow and allow you to lose weight and keep it off. . . for good.
