Studio is in centre of Mullingar beside the town park on Austin Friars St.

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Modifications are given if needed. Weights Circuits, Les Mills Bodypump & for cardio, Bodyblaster. Weights Circuits class gets every muscle group with a bit of cardio thrown in. Qualified to teach Les Mills BODYPUMP, internationally known, this class is choreographed to music with different tempos & using light weights. Short & sweaty, Bodyblaster is a mix of HIIT, aerobics and core exercises.

This weekend as part of the St Lomans GAA fundraiser drive, Divine Fitness is hosting a 1 hour 30mins Circuits Challenge.
For men, women, couples, modifications will be given if needed. Its about challenging yourself to keep going for 1 hour 30 mins.
You can go slow, fast, lift heavy, lift light.
We'll motivate each other, have a laugh, raise money.
Push yourself & see what you can accomplish.

πŸ‹β€β™€οΈIts just like adding weights to your barbell when lifting weights.
πŸ’ͺYou need that push to work the muscles.
πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ The most effective combo is to go from moderate to high resistance, slow song/ fast song/ mental songπŸ€ͺ
😴 Take the breaks between songs, it allows the muscles to recover, heart rate to slow back a little & gives you the energy to push hard for the next song.
🚰 drink your water, the muscles need it to work.

circuits 6.15pm- its a supersets circuits- all positive feedback so far
Beginners Bodycycle 7.25pm, & sure maybe we'll do SPINGO again 😍
You can start anytime, workouts change every 3 weeks. Lots of variety to keep you on your toes, not get complacent & always shocking your body.

Just finished a BRILLIANT beginners Bodycycle - SPINGO class.
Its BINGO on a bike πŸ˜‰, hear the song, mark your sheet.
But its the karaoke element that really gets us going. Singing along, getting sweaty, we even went overtime πŸ’ͺ.
Bodycycle is a brilliant form of cardio fitness. Its a low impact workout, so easy on the joints. Go at your own pace until you build up your fitness & speed.
You'll see yourself improving with every class.
