This weekend as part of the St Lomans GAA fundraiser drive, Divine Fitness is hosting a 1 hour 30mins Circuits Challenge.
For men, women, couples, modifications will be given if needed. Its about challenging yourself to keep going for 1 hour 30 mins.
You can go slow, fast, lift heavy, lift light.
We'll motivate each other, have a laugh, raise money.
Push yourself & see what you can accomplish.

Bodycycle 5.15pm - maybe SPINGO π€
circuits 6.15pm- its a supersets circuits- all positive feedback so far
Beginners Bodycycle 7.25pm, & sure maybe we'll do SPINGO again π
You can start anytime, workouts change every 3 weeks. Lots of variety to keep you on your toes, not get complacent & always shocking your body.

Just finished a BRILLIANT beginners Bodycycle - SPINGO class.
Its BINGO on a bike π, hear the song, mark your sheet.
But its the karaoke element that really gets us going. Singing along, getting sweaty, we even went overtime πͺ.
Bodycycle is a brilliant form of cardio fitness. Its a low impact workout, so easy on the joints. Go at your own pace until you build up your fitness & speed.
You'll see yourself improving with every class.
