Hi Everyone we are happy to announce that we have added Pilates to our new timetable πͺ
Pilates will be taking place every week on Mondays and Thursdays with our Pilates Instructor Mya π

7:15pm - 8:05pm
Thursday
7:10pm - 8:00pm
Our first Pilates class will take place this Thursday at 7.10pm June 4th so dont miss out on your chance to book in π₯

Sleep is essential for our body for energy and muscle recovery.
You should aim for around 7-9 hours each night and limit your screen access close to when you are going to bed for better quality sleep π€
Make sure you also drinks lots of water throughout the day as dehydration can affect sleep and recovery!!
