Hi Everyone we are happy to announce that we have added Pilates to our new timetable πŸ’ͺ

Pilates will be taking place every week on Mondays and Thursdays with our Pilates Instructor Mya πŸ™Œ

Thursday
7:10pm - 8:00pm

Sleep is essential for our body for energy and muscle recovery.
You should aim for around 7-9 hours each night and limit your screen access close to when you are going to bed for better quality sleep πŸ€™
Make sure you also drinks lots of water throughout the day as dehydration can affect sleep and recovery!!
