Fuel up before training ⛽️⛽️
It is recommended to aim for 1g of high glycemic index (fast digesting) carbohydrates per kg of bodyweight at least one hour before working out 🕣
Before a workout we want to focus on consuming foods that contain simple carbohydrates that are easy to digest, low fibre and support performance 🏋🏻♀️
