Since I remember - I've always been a very active person. Climbing the trees never was a problem ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿ˜…
I finished the school with a degree as Recreation and physical trainer with speciality as Fitness instructor ๐ŸŽถ
Sport is something what's everyone doing during the day - getting up, reaching the item from shelf, closing the door with a leg, walking, running, lifting and picking things from the floor..and many more.
Sport is a life โค๏ธ
If we don't move we are not alive ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
Every movement is important for our physical health ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

I have always dream of teaching people how to effectively exercise and having fun from it ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ
Once I see smile and satisfaction on my clients face ๐Ÿ˜ after the workout ๐Ÿ’ฆ I can be sure that they mental health is in good condition too ๐Ÿ˜

So far I was teaching hulahoop, trampoline and gymnastic ball class.
