💥Through my whole 15 years experience of work in fitness industry i see that stretching and mobility work is usually at the bottom of people priority list when people workout and train! Its the area that get skipped out the most! Especially if you are pressed out of time!
💯And I get life is so busy, you have short amount of time to get in and out of gym but stretching and mobility is like brushing your teeth, you should do it every day!
Thats why i started to run this specific class for my crowd bc its matter! Your body will thank now and later 🙏
