Anyone dealing with stiffness, returning from injury, or rebuilding confidence in movement…

Start with simple band holds — then progress them into a real training routine:
wall sits, squats, deadlifts, and even upper-body exercises.

Why?
Because rehab shouldn’t live in isolation.
We build control first, then load it gradually so it actually transfers to training and daily life.

Struggling with a stiff or painful hip that’s stopping you walking, running, or cycling comfortably?

Hip stiffness doesn’t always mean you need to stop moving — in many cases, the right exercises can help improve strength, support the joint, and restore range of motion. Simple band and wall-based holds like the ones shown can be done at home for just 1–2 minutes at a time and can make a real difference when done consistently.

If mobility is still limited or pain and inflammation are holding you back, targeted treatment can help settle the joint, reduce tension, and allow you to move more freely again.

As we close out our first full calendar year in business, we’re genuinely blown away by how far things have come in such a short space of time. From day one, building a strong, supportive community has been a non-negotiable for us, and something special has grown from that commitment! 💪

From our fitness classes and personal training, right through to treatments, the recovery room, and S&C work, the progress and momentum built has been down to you. Your consistency, trust, and buy-in have shaped what Dynamic Performance is becoming.

That same community-first mindset is also at the heart of our next expansion with , where we plan to build on everything we’ve learned so far.

Taking a short step back from social media has allowed us to reflect, refine, and raise standards behind the scenes — and if you’ve been training with us over the past couple of months, you’ll have felt those changes already. Better structure, better progress, and a stronger focus on getting results while enjoying the process.

We’re carrying that energy straight into 2026 and pushing it even further.
