- Try something new with a range of fun activities
- Meet and connect with other PALsShare ideas, experiences and inspiration
- Celebrate the difference PALs are making in their communities

Another great morning in Naas Sports Centre for our Activator Pole classes. Across 3 different classes 130 older adults gathered for great exercise and even better chats. The rain didn’t deter anyone this morning. Well done to everyone. Every Thursday over 3 hours we have 120-150 older adults enjoying a great while body exercise class & connection from all across Kildare. It is wonderful to see so many out and active across all our classes. Well done all. We cater for all levels of mobility & fitness. Our advanced class is from 10-11am, our Beginner/Improvers class is 11-12pm. Our third class is a more specialised class which caters for people with very low mobility which starts at 12.15-1pm, this is a seated class. Last month our colleague Gráinne was selected to represent Ireland at the Federation of International Padel World Cup Qualifiers for Europe which was held in Madrid 🇮🇪🎾🎉

A fantastic achievement and made even nicer by the fact she had a fellow Kildare woman as her teammate! Congrats to Gráinne and the whole team ❗️🤍

🎯 If you're a service NuaHealthcare RehabGroup Kare Muiríosa Foundation St John of God Foundation or any other services please reach out and we can set up a scheduled Fitsticks trail session in Ballykelly GFC followed by a cuppa tae.
🚕There is great parking, toilets and a 1km Fitsticks trail when service users can enjoy getting outside and in a safe enclosed setting or start out at the Barrow Blueway Inclusive Hub Linda Sourke and we can create a set session to suit your timetable.

Get Ireland Walking Naas Ball Active Disability Ireland Market Square - Monasterevin Garden Centre

We were delighted to partner with KTCS Kildare Kildare Town Community School on Thursday for Wellfest 2026. What a fantastic day we had. Lots to do and see for all students and staff. A credit goes to all the students who embraced every activity and engaged with all our talks. Donna & Mark spoke to students about the importance of health and fitness and the programmes KSP run for teenagers, Lorna from Her Space spoke to students around Mental Toughness. In the afternoon FitzZone showed students how to use gym equipment and brought them through a mini workout, Lorna & Jacqui delivered self defence to students, Kerri delivered Zumba & we finished off with Noeleen taking over 800 students for line dancing chaos out on the field.
Throughout the day the students got to try out different activities, listen to talks, and visit external stands. An overall brilliant day and a massive credit to all the students who were fantastic throughout the day and to all staff in particular Ms Murphy. Massive credit to the school for a brilliant day and brilliant students. We are looking forward to next year already. KTCSWellfest2026

🚶‍♀️ Start Your Week the Active Way! 🚶‍♂️

Join us on our new Fitsticks Walking Trail in Kerdiffstown Park, Naas every Monday morning at 10:30am starting Monday 05th October.

This inclusive walking session is suitable for people of all abilities and varying mobility levels, offering a great opportunity to get active, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others in a welcoming environment.

If you haven't tried Fitsticks don't worry! Our instructor will be more than happy to show you the ropes while he leads the session
