🔴 Learn the basics of playing and coaching table tennis!

Whether you are a volunteer, teacher, coach, or simply interested in introducing Table Tennis to others this fun and practical course in collaboration with Table Tennis Ireland is for you.

This coaching course will be delivered over one session of 3 hours, taking place on Friday 11 September from 3.30PM at Athy Parish Hall.

Step into STEPTEMBER – Kildare’s Hillwalking Festival! 🥾🚶

The Hill Dara Hikers' annual walking festival is back, proudly supported by Kildare Sports Partnership, Kildare County Council, Healthy Kildare, and the Maynooth & Newbridge Autism Friendly groups! This year, as well as the usual beginners and advanced Saturday hill walks, there will also be Autism Friendly Walks on Fridays from 6PM to 8PM.

The autism friendly walks are at a relaxed pace and wheelchair friendly, with the option to choose between 2.5KM and 5KM routes. There will be walking leaders & sweepers, and walkers will receive a certificate of participation at the last walk on 25 September.

🚲 Learn To Cycle is BACK this autumn in Maynooth and Athy! 🚲

This cycling course for children and teenagers with additional needs will be taking place indoors at Maynooth Education Campus and ARCH in Athy this September and October.

ℹ️ This six week programme begins on Tuesday 8 September (Maynooth) or Monday 14 September (Athy) and costs €30. The course is aligned to Cycle Right, the National Standard for Cycle Training in Ireland, and is delivered by a qualified trainer.
