Well done to all the IKKO junior students today at the inter club competition today. And a big thank you to the Firhouse Scouts den for the use of their hall.

Congratulations to Craig Moore on passing his brown belt this evening in I. K. K. O hq in Drimnagh. Craig is a senior student in our Navan club. Craig put in a fantastic performance on forms, techniques and sparring in front of a senior panel of black belts. We'll done Craig it was a tough evening but we'll deserved.

Congratulations to all students that graded this evening in I.K.K.O Navan. Each and every one put in a fantastic performance and did their instructor Mr Keith Moore proud. It was a pleasure and privilege to take part in this Grading. Navan Kenpo also have a new senior student with one of the juniors now joining the senior ranks. We'll done one and all.

Congratulations to the junior students of I.K.K.O Drimnagh who under went their grading this evening in our hq in Drimnagh. Each student preformed with a skill and confidence beyond their years. Well done to you all

The Johnstown Times - Kenpo Karate These Japanese words loosely translate as the 'Art of the Hands' and is essentially a very practical form of self-defence.

A huge congratulations to our junior students from I.K.K.O Navan who graded in their club in Navan rugby club on Friday 2nd February. All students performed brilliantly and did their instructor Mr Keith Moore proud. Each student performed to a skill level that belied their ages. Well done to you all.

It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of this great evening. These students keep getting better and consistently show a skill and dedication you would expect from more seasoned practitioners.
