What a super weekend. Travelled to the beautiful Phoenix Park on Saturday morning for the Frank Duffy 10mile, fantastic morning with a wonderful bunch of friends. Weather was glorious 😎😎 Then Sunday cycled the stunning Meath Greenway how blessed are we having this on our doorstep.

Small Group Training

Commencing on Thursday 7th August in Navan from 8pm to 9pm. This will run once a week on Thursdays for an 6 week block.

* Suitable for all fitness levels from complete beginner to advanced.

* A mixture of HIIT, Strength, Conditioning & Core work.

* Sessions are designed to challenge you but in a fun safe environment.

We arrived, we ran, we conquere. 2024 Irish Life Dublin City Marathon complete. What a day huge congratulations 🎊 to everyone yesterday who took part in the 26.2 miles. Was a tough run and didn't go to plan on the day. Fantastic support all along the route incredible.
