Are you looking to keep your fitness on track this silly season? and get in the shape of your life so you can enjoy your Christmas guilt free?
OUR NEW CHRISTMAS SHRED CHALLENGE IS NOW LIVE!!
This 6 week fat loss challenge starts on the 8th November and finishes 17th December… exactly one week before Christmas
🎄Keep control of your fitness with 3 x 1 hour fitness classes each week
🎄a private Facebook support group exclusively for this challenge which will keep you on track and give you daily accountability tips and tricks throughout the 6 weeks
🎄weekly weigh-ins & regular measurements to keep track of your progress throughout
🎄nutrition tracking & meal recipes
🎄eat the foods you love and still lose body fat!! We’ll show you how
We will be running 2 groups for this challenge. Maximum of 10 people in each group
Group 1- Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays at 10.30am
Group 2- Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays at 5.30pm
Price for this challenge is €160. Closing date for entry is Saturday 6th November at 7pm
