🌕 Our first full moon meditation will be taking place in Limerick! 🎉 On Thursday 23rd May, instead of our usual asana based class we will be spending the full moon with Pranayama and Meditation at The Urban Co-Op at 6:30pm. Please wrap up warm, bring your mat and a blanket and pillow. If you are interested in joining us just drop me a line ✨
