The Lough Derg Sprint is an open water sprint distance triathlon organised by the Nenagh Triathlon Club. It consists of a 750m swim, 19k bike and 5km run.
The Lough Derg Sprint is an open water sprint triathlon that takes place in Dromineer (close to Nenagh) annually. As with any event the Nenagh Triathlon Club organise we pride oursleves in providing a low cost, high quality race.
