David King enjoying a cup of Tea on duty in the cottage at Portroe Vintage Group Family Day at Egan's Farm in Portroe. Our ambulance is located on the main field beside the load of timber. Again thanks to the crew for showing up today!

Training Thursday: David King and Shane Mulcahy led training tonight and demonstrated how to stabilise fractures in the leg, the arm and also the collarbone. We also practiced using splints.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello to our Order of Malta team at the North Tipperary Agricultural Show today. It was lovely to meet so many of you, particularly before the showers opened this afternoon!

A special thank you as well to both teams who were out on duty today, braving the elements and keeping everyone safe.

Thankfully, we had at least one member who was perfectly equipped for the conditions… 😂🦆

Our little Knighted Order of Malta duck, gifted to us from Malta, looked very much at home in the rain, we’re beginning to think he knew something we didn’t!

We are at the Horse Ring today at the North Tipperary Agricultural Show. Two shifts today David King Séan Tomás Shore Julie King and Steve Moughan are covering the morning shift with John Sherlock Eileen Finn Mike Fitzsimons and Vinny Savage this evening.
