Today was Dylan’s first day back in the senior school today !!! No time wasted 👏
For those of you who don’t no ,
Dylan is our GPO ( games promotion officer ) and one of our links with club and school GAA.

Today he focused on 3rd and 4th classes for the who the school have now entered in the rising stars football league .
It begins next month so they are focusing on football for the first few weeks to get them ready and prepared for games .
Plenty of practice as training still ongoing in club and now during school ! They’ll be kicking like
Clifford when their game time comes !! 💙💛

Our minor footballers secured their place in another county final this evening !
They played Monageer Boolavogue in Castleboro under lights and they didn’t fail to impress !
They played great football and deserved the result tonight - well done all players and coaches ! Thanks to all the supporters who travelled this evening ! Minor hurling and football county finals here we come 💙💚

Best of luck to all in their games ahead this week 💙💛

Our U16s were narrowly defeated this morning in Farmleigh , they played Marshallstown away ! Great football from our boys who were competing to win , and secure a final !
However with minutes to go the sides were level , Marshallstown won their kick out and put it over the bar for a one point lead - the last kick of the game , saw us win out kick out , move the ball magically up the field and we were through on goal ,, with the entire back line of Marshallstown mostly on their goal line , we were denied the goal and the final whistle sounded so no time for the rebound -
A one point defeat is hard to accept, but we are all proud of the lads and their performance today ! Hold your heads high! Well done to all players and coaches 💙💛

Hard luck to our U14s tonight in the Football Shield semi-final.

They didn’t get the start they wanted, especially playing into the wind in the first half, and found themselves with a tough scoreline to chase.

But what a response in the second half! 💪 They showed great fight, character and determination, battling right to the very end. They played their hearts out until the final whistle and can be incredibly proud of their effort.

Well done lads — keep your heads up. 👏💙💛
