Busy week just gone, Got to work with the kildare footballer this morning at the keadeen hotel, worked with the under sixteen soccer team from monasterevin as well as my own mat classes in Newbridge town football club and reformer classes in kilashee.

New course starts in my mat classes this week beginning the 5th of February. Some spaces left.

Hi all, Eithne here from pilates for life studio, just letting you know the September classes will be starting a week later then normal, Monday classes will start the 15th, and Wednesday, Thursday ,Friday & Saturday will start from the 10th of September. Looking forward to seen you returning.
