As you all know, it was Marty's last session at IF on Saturday morning😭 It was a perfect little send off!

Starting Thursday, May 14th, we’re kicking off an 8-week TRYKA Junior training block at Industrial Fitness.

Open to 12–15 year olds, this is the perfect way to build fitness, confidence, and have serious fun in a high-energy environment 💪

Every Thursday your child will:

⚡ Learn key race skills
⚡ Build strength & fitness
⚡ Train in a fun, high-energy environment
⚡ Gain confidence heading into race day

This is more than just a class — it’s preparation, progression, and a proper introduction to hybrid racing.
