Great night of sparring last night up in esker b.c thanks to Ed and the lads for the invite. we have a great young crew coming trough the club at the moment.they will be grafting away trough the summer months learning all the time we have no doubt the future is bright for ryston b.c 🥊

Today we put the gloves away and headed off to hidden valley for a day of fun. And what a day we had with pleanty of laughter.

Thanks to the crew in sacre coeur for the invite down for our next seasons boy/girl 1 boxers who all put on great exhibitions.great talent on display today and a massive well done to ryston boxer Corey moran getting awarded best away boxer🥊
