A fresh Sunday for our B & C groups🥶🥶
The sun was glorious this morning but it was chilly for the first time this year on the bike.

Our routes took us to Ballyroan, Abbeyleix, Durrow, Borris-in-Ossary, Mountrath and Ballyfin. The Bs took in almost 80km and our Cs 60km.

Great to see everyone was still smiling despite the cool conditions 👀😉

SUNDAY SOCIAL SPIN
We had two groups out this morning.
Our B group took in almost 80km hitting, Monasterevin, Ballylinan, Stradbally, The Heath and home.

Our C’s were out in force also scooping up 65kms, with Ciara taking on her first long Sunday spin with the group.

Well done Ciara, we just know it’s the first of many.
