It’s a yoga studio, an antigravity yoga hub, a holistic treatment room, and a source for learning about all things yoga and wellness. Vitality was born in 2005, and has grown over the years along with my love for anything connected with yoga, wellness and healing. Vitality encompasses all of my yoga classes, holistic treatments, corpoate work, retreats and teaching.

A wonderful start to our course of chair yoga with the Portlaoise Active Retired Group, led by tutor Tara.
Participants enjoyed a gentle and accessible form of exercise, helping to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.
It’s great to see such positive engagement, with everyone benefiting from movement, mindfulness, and the social aspect of learning together.
Well done to all involved, and thank you to Tara for her guidance and encouragement. 💫
