Social Wellness Walk Next Tuesday - Come along & bring a friend

🍂 Take a step towards better wellbeing this October with our Social Wellness Walk at Emo Court! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Join Laois Sports Partnership and the wonderful Mountmellick Walking Group for a relaxed morning walk through the beautiful surroundings of Emo Court. Enjoy some fresh air, gentle exercise, great conversation, and the chance to meet new people along the way.

This walk is completely FREE and suitable for all abilities, whether you're a regular walker or simply looking to get active and try something new.

Do you need assistantce filling out a form, or perhaps you are looking for some digital support. Drop into Portlaoise Library for our weekly form filling clinic with Laois/Offaly ETB. Taking place every Tuesday morning from 10am-12pm.

This free and confidential service offers support with filling in forms, online queries and accessing public services, operating on a private one-to-one basis. There is no need to book, just drop in.

Creating safe and positive environments for children in sport starts with awareness and education. Join us for Safeguarding 1, an essential workshop designed for coaches, volunteers, parents, committee members and anyone involved in youth sport.
