Lár na Tíre Kettlebell Club aims to promote and develop the sport side of kettlebells in the Laois area. We focus on the sport (Girvoy Sport) side of kettlebells rather than the fitness side with the aim of helping and encouraging each other to be the best lifters we can be. We are a not for profit club with all training frees etc put straight back into the club. We welcome all ages whether they be experienced lifters or first timers.

The last competition of 2016 and what a amazing successful day thanks to our club who worked hard to make this competition so successful a huge thank you to each one...also a few outside the club who made the day run smooth !! Gerry Magee who did a lot of work on the day and last weekend setting up, Pam Kelly coming up from Wexford to do scores, Seamus and Tommy from Mountrath Community School helping with the set up and cleaning afterwards, Connor Magee and Alan Heafey who gave up their Saturday to look after the warm up area and getting athletes ready for flights and Martin Whelehan head judge on the day !! And last but not least well done to all the athletes who took part on the day a super end to the year congratulations to you all on a fantastic day of lifting 👊🏻

Cup of Ireland 2016.....more brilliant performances from Lár na Tíre with PB's and wonderful sets.....everyone put the hard work in and it all paid off.....a weekend of many super memories!!!
A huge thank you to Mick and Wexford Kettlebell Club for hosting a brilliant competition and a wonderful venue 🏆🇮🇪
