Neil started out 15 years ago in our old gym at the backnof McDonald's, an ever present on the mats who brings a great presence when training and coaching. Time, skill, consistency & loyalty is what Neil brings to our team.
A black belt is not given, its earned 🥋
Thank you to our head for paving the way, Team Ryano Portlaoise would be nothing without the help, support and guidance Andy gives us, 52 members on the mats tonight is a reflection on this. His first seminar with us we could barely get 10/15 on the mats 🙌🏻🔥
