Another lovely Sunday morning with a great group of women for our ‘stretch & sauna’ event in Stradbally .ie for . What an amazing venue to experience nature in all its loveliness.

Courtwood GAA Fitsticks group had a beautiful morning for a boat trip on the Grand Canal with Blueway Boat Trips from Vicarstown to Dilly Dally Coffee

3km fitsticks walk along the canal at 10am on Thursdays from Courtwood GAA (R32 H6T1). Fitsticks provided. Tea/coffee afterwards.

Happy International Womens Day !

What a beautiful day to celebrate & get out in nature. Thanks to all who booked in to my Fossey mountain hike this morning.

We were blessed with a fine sunny morning to take in the views of Timahoe & its surrounding landscape. A big thank you to the ladies in Tower and Bean coffee shop for their tea/coffee, treats & hospitality. Always a pleasure to drop in after a Fossey hike.

This Sunday, March 8th is ‘international women’s day’ & it falls during ‘women in sports week’. If you feel like doing something for you, join me at 10am for a 7k hike from Timahoe community centre R32 KC82 to Fossey Mountain. Refreshments afterwards in Tower and Bean coffee shop in the heritage centre.
