Classes involve a mix of pure Studio Cycling, Studio Cycling & Circuits, Bodyweight Strengthening, Core & Tone and much more. If you would like to have 1-to-1 personal training sessions or small group personal training sessions, please contact Thelma or Chris to arrange out of scheduled hours appointments. Open to males & females of all ages and abilities.
