**** National Karate Championships 2021 ****
In light of continuing COVID-19 restrictions it will come as no surprise that our National Championships due to be held January 31st are cancelled. The good news is that we have rescheduled the Nationals for later this year Sunday December 5th 2021. Put it in your diaries 🙏👍🇮🇪🇮🇪👍🙏
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our HSE frontline workers, all medical staff, for their continued efforts in fighting this pandemic. Your all hero’s 👏💚🇮🇪💚👏

Missing you all so much ..we take our activities so much for granted I suppose .. but remember guys we ll be back ...your parents and those loved ones who look after you need your help these days .. I know it’s tough being at home but help out a little bit each day .. practice your combinations,Kata and keep active as best ye can ...RESPECT🙏
In the interest of all of our students and their families health .. we have decided to shut the Academy for the next 2 weeks in line with the schools and colleges closure until 29th March .. we will keep ye updated on further decisions as we learn more ....Please be safe and sensible for the next while folks 🙏Micky,Francie and Jason..
