🥋 Ilyo Taekwondo Team 🥋

A massive well done to everyone who represented Ilyo at yesterday’s Relentless Taekwondo competition! Great effort, some fantastic performances and plenty of valuable experience gained. 👊🔥

A huge thank you to Shannon and all the Relentless team for running a brilliant event, and to our coaches Laura Devine and Adrian Garcia for their support and hard work on the day. 👏

Wishing Cillian Gallagher and Antonious Karous a speedy recovery from their injuries. ❤️🥋

Plenty of positives to take away and plenty to improve on. We learn, improve and come back stronger! 💪

Well done, Team Ilyo! 🥋🔥

Wishing everyone getting their Leaving Cert results the very best of luck tomorrow.
Whatever those results say, they don't define you — they're one moment in a much bigger story you're still writing. You've put in the work, and that effort matters no matter what the page shows. Trust yourself, be proud of how far you've come, and remember that so many paths lead to a good life, not just the one you're picturing right now.

Good luck — you've got this. From all the Ilyo Team 🍀
