Just shows everyone has to start somewhere and being determined and motivated is key 😁😁💪💪

After my jog down to Loughshinny harbour i decided to crank it up a bit and get some extra work done while I was down there..

What better way then to do a few Sprints!!!

3 sets of 20 sprints up and back with 20 seconds break in between 💪😃

Also decided before the jog back home!!! I would do some runs up and down the steps as well....

Here I did 4 sets of 1 minute intervals with 30 second rest in between...

Quick Omelette before I go and get my road run in before heading back to work this evening 😁💪💪

Doing 30 minutes of cardio for the next 2 weeks, every day to change things up a bit from lifting weights consistently and keeping things a bit different and interesting 😁💪💪

Bit of grub for lunch and a little meal for later prepped to keep me going....
