1 hour bootcamp in Kingswood community centre using a variety of equipment eg TRX, Kettlebells etc. 18:30 Monday evening and 10:00 Saturday morning.
2 classes a week thought by two experienced personal trainers. The classes will be held in the community centre in Kingswood Tallaght Dublin 24. The classes will be one hour long using a variety of exercises to lose that stubborn belly fat and them bingo wings!!! A few supplements I picked up today 👍 I got this sun warrior protein powder because it's lactose free. I will be making smoothies in the morning using protein powder, almond milk and rather nuts or seeds because during the week I get up quite early and starting the day with a fortified cereal or big bowl of oats normally leads to me feeling lethargic and also in my opinion isn't the best way to start your day for optimal health because of the blood sugar spike it might cause.
Magnesium before bed is to help me relax and go into a deeper sleep it has a heap of benefits and getting a good night sleep is crucial for achieving goals in any fitness related goal.
Apple cider vinegar reduces blood sugar levels in high carb meals and contains lots of friendly bacteria hugely beneficial for anyone on a weight loss journey!
