Another strength program in the bag for the app ✅
After months of been all over the place mentally I don’t think I’ve ever been as driven or felt this excited about where I’m taking my career in the fitness industry. I have a huge drive to help people achieve there goals this year, Mentally and physically improving week by week that’s my new obsession for me and my clients.

I don’t like running, So that’s what I’m doing now 🙂 Neither me nor or my clients will see too many comfort zones this summer 💪
Active Rest between sets💡
Something I do with clients a lot when I want to let the upper body muscles recover between sets whilst keeping the heart rate up and the cardiovascular vascular system ticking. Can be done numerous was. Using weights or Bodyweight exercises.
Great way to burn a few extra calories and improves your fitness levels in between your strength sessions. 💪
Workout Library for the App coming along nicely.
Next few weeks I’ll be recording before putting it altogether for the individual programs.

Delighted with the progress is making with our program. Emer started training with me at the start of September. Although we had the interruptions of lockdown during the 3 months, thanks to her dedication towards her training and diet and with the help of my new app during lockdown she has managed to not only maintain but enhance her results. January will bring new goals that I’m sure she’ll smash. So far her progress has helped her build lean muscle mass and improve her fitness levels whilst dropping 5.7 KG (12.6 lbs) and 3% Bodyfat. We keep going 💪☺️

MUSCLE SORENESS:
I’ve had a few members from my Bootcamps asking me about muscle soreness a.k.a DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) and how to get rid of it. .
Some people like this pain and they feel it’s the only time they’ve worked hard enough (Not True 🤚) and some hate it and think there going to die (Also not true)🙅♂️
If your one of the latter here’s some ways to try prevent the oncoming DOMS effect.
✅ Warm Up or Light Cardio
✅Stretching Before And After
✅ Fish Oils, Effect strength and ROM.
✅Time (It will ease any pain) ✌️😂
