The Tipperary Foxhounds are kicking off the season with our first Point to Point of the year at Lisronagh on Saturday, 31st October — with the first race off at 1.00pm! 🏇

It’s a great opportunity for everyone to come along, catch up and enjoy a great day of racing together. 🍻🐴

What a lovely evening we had yesterday for our hound exercise on bikes! 🚴🐶

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. We were delighted to have a field of 23 out, making for a fantastic evening with the hounds.

It was especially encouraging to see so many of our young local neighbours to the kennels taking part. Building strong links with our local community is something we really value, and it is wonderful to see local families and young people getting involved, meeting the hounds, and becoming part of our evenings at the kennels.

A special mention must go to our two youngest followers, Ailbe Croke (6) and Charlie Shorten (5), who stayed with us for the full five miles. A brilliant effort from both lads — fair play to them! 👏

Thank you again to everyone who came along and helped make it such an enjoyable evening. We look forward to seeing you all again at the next hound exercise.

Looking for something different to do this Friday evening?

The Tipperary Foxhounds are hosting a Hound Exercise Evening on Bicycles, and everyone is welcome to come along!

Bring your bicycle and helmet and enjoy a relaxed evening in the countryside as the hounds get their exercise. It’s a great way to enjoy the fresh air, meet new people, and see the hounds in action in a safe, family-friendly environment.

Whether you’re a local, interested in the countryside, or simply looking for a fun outdoor activity, we’d love to see you there.

Now that the dust has settled after what has been a busy few weeks of social outings, we’d like to take the opportunity to extend a very warm welcome to our three new Masters as they officially join the fold.

Congratulations to Jamie Heffernan, Paul O’Dwyer and Aidan Fogarty.

The Tipperary Foxhounds have a proud tradition of dedicated and hardworking Masters, and we’re delighted to see that tradition continue. Their enthusiasm and commitment have been evident from the outset, and it’s clear they’ve already hit the ground running with the work they’ve put in ahead of the new season.

We wish Jamie, Paul and Aidan every success for the season ahead and look forward to working alongside them as we prepare for another great year with the Tipperary Foxhounds.

🐶🌿 Tipperary Foxhounds Puppy Show – This Saturday! 🌿🐶

The countdown is on! We look forward to welcoming everyone to the Tipperary Foxhounds Puppy Show this Saturday at 6:00pm.

Come along to meet this year’s young entry, enjoy a lovely evening in the countryside, and catch up with friends old and new. It’s always a great occasion, and everyone is very welcome.

🍰 If you’re able to, we’d really appreciate if you could bring along a few homemade cakes, buns or other sweet treats to enjoy with a cup of tea. Every contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated.

We hope to see a great crowd on the evening and look forward to sharing another special Puppy Show with you all. 🦊🐾
