Suir Valley Adventures

It is with both sadness and solace that we announce that Will passed away peacefully this afternoon after a brave battle with cancer. He was surrounded by family and was comfortable until the very end.

He battled for 9 days after we had been first called by the doctors to say our goodbyes. A true sign of his strength and resilience.

We would like to sincerely thank everybody for their kindness and support over the past few months. Arrangements can be viewed below.

hi Peeps, i am absolutely blown away by the Love, support, kind wishes, prayers and generosity coming at me like a tsunami. its been a horrible grim few weeks and i have a few big battles to be fighting but knowing you all got my back gives me renewed strength and resolve. go raibh míle míle maith agaibh go léir

Friends, family and dear customers,
It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the permanent closure of Suir Valley Adventures. Health reasons make it impossible to continue operating.

Over the past 7 years, I have experienced joy and fulfilment paddling on the Serene River Suir every day and am beyond grateful for the support of our customers, family and friends, near and far.

It has been an honour and a privilege to lead you on tours down this beautiful river and share laughs, stories and memories with you.

For now, efforts and attention must turn to getting better and we’re ready for one hell of a battle.
