We’re heading into a new season and I am SO excited for this one!!

New studio, new routines, SOS Heels is BACK 👠 and we have some absolute bangers coming your way 💃🏻

📍 We’ll be dancing out of our new home at Self and Others Wellness centre 💛

👟 A little studio note: this is an indoor sneaker studio and has a strict no-outdoor-shoes policy, so please make sure your sneakers and heels are clean and only used indoors.

Whether you’ve been dancing with me for ages or you’re thinking about trying your first class… come join us! 🫶🏻

You absolutely do not need to know anyone or be the best dancer in the room — just come along, have a dance and enjoy yourself 💛

GET BUSY is officially hitting the SOS studios today! 🕺🏻🔥

And this one is a little extra special for me because I learned this routine at the SOS BOSS Workshop in London recently — taught by Randall Watson himself 🥹🔥

Randall brings serious STAR POWER to his choreography, and if you know his credits… Beyoncé, J.Lo, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Tate McRae… I mean 😮‍💨🔥

And trust me, this one has ALL the Carnival energy.

We’re missing Week 1 in Tralee while the studio is unavailable, but we’re making up for it with a 1.5hr workshop for Week 2 on Tuesday 25th August!
