Behind The Build: PF Coaching Carlow

We have previously worked with PF Coaching across their other locations and it’s great to see their latest facility come together in Carlow

Moving into the new space has given them a lot more room for their group personal training classes and new equipment to make the most of every session

Another busy week on the road for our install team⚒️

Last week we finished up a full gym revamp at Dennehy’s Ballincollig, our third Dennehy’s site over the last few weeks, all kitted out with top of the range Apollo and Shua equipment.

Q3 has been our busiest quarter to date here at Apollo, fitting out gyms all across Ireland and the UK. We have a big Q4 ahead with lots of exciting projects already in the pipeline.

Plenty more to come over the next few months 👊

Behind The Build: Brendan Maher

We are delighted to get started on this project with former Tipperary hurler Brendan Maher, who is bringing a brand new wellness and training facility to Thurles Town

We have been working with Brendan ever since he started out with his first gym in Holycross, and then also in Borrisoleigh, and we will be carrying out a full gym fitout in this new location in Thurles

We are really excited to get started on this one and can’t wait to see it come together over the coming couple of months

A huge upgrade for PF Coaching Carlow with their new small group personal training facility now open in the Wexford Road Business Park

With 6 of our Ares Racks, a 4 lane sled track and a full range of strength accessories, the spacious layout gives plenty of room for group personal training sessions
