Well done to all the members of Tuam Taekwon-do School who attended the RITA Umpire course in Oranmore today. Many thanks to Gramdmaster John Jacob and Mr Tim Collins 6th degree for taking the course.

Well done to the members of Tuam, Oranmore, and Galway Taekwon-Do School who completed their prelim grading tonight. Many thanks to Mr Martin Mahoney 6th degree in Galway and Knocknacarra taekwondo schools and Mr Tim Collins 6th degree of Galway Taekwon-Do for taking the grading.
Also thank you to Mr Anthony Rooney , Mr Tommy Murray , Mr Jonathan Coleman, Mr Martin Nicoleson, Mr Adam Shaugnessy for assisting the grading.

Delighted and honered to see my dear friend getting her well deserved promotion to grandmaster. To say anyone deserves this promotion for all her work in the RITA through the years is an understatement.

Im truly delighted your hard work, commitment, and compassion paid off. This marks the start of the path for women in the RITA. Congratulations Grandmaster Val Keane 💖
