Tullamore Women’s Senior Cup journey came to an end at Shandon Park Golf Club on Friday, following a 3–2 defeat to Galway Golf Club in the All-Ireland Quarter Final.

Representing Tullamore were Una Marsden, Claire Hinch, Ella Grennan, Emily Donohue, Eilish O’Connell, Mary Kinsella & Eileen Cahir.

Our girls battled right to the very end, showing great determination, commitment and team spirit throughout.

Reaching the All-Ireland Quarter Final of the Women’s Senior Cup is a fantastic achievement, and everyone at Tullamore Golf Club is extremely proud of the team and all they have accomplished.

A huge well done to all our players, team manager Fiona Flanagan and all the supporters who travelled to Shandon Park to support the girls! ⛳️🏌️‍♀️💙

It was great to see so many girls out enjoying the course yesterday. With 35 girls representing 14 different clubs, it was a fantastic day, with some brilliant scoring and a very high standard of golf on display. ⛳️

This was the second year of the tournament, and it’s fantastic to see it continuing to grow. Last year’s winner, Ella Cantwell, tees it up in the KPMG Women’s Irish Open at The K Club this week. From all of us at Tullamore, Ella, go well! 👏🇮🇪

We were delighted to welcome 34 girls from 14 different clubs, with some fantastic golf and some amazing scores throughout the day.

A huge congratulations to Cara and to all the girls who took part. It was brilliant to see so many young golfers competing, enjoying the day and showcasing the talent we have coming through.
