Was being highlighted today.have you ever found God in the small and intimate encounters throughout your day......well recently I have.a little Rusty brown butterfly flew past my nose......the surrounding peace sitting eyeyrs closed voiding thevsprsy of the shimmering Shannon.feeling thevair all around me...nostrnostrils filling with hope and knowing. Ironing my son's shirt for the grad.....a lot bigger than his first toddler shirt for plays school.finding god in all thevbits of my day.diving on my sleepy son.taking over mm bed in my absence.... Waking up to a mammy who dives and feels energised y the scream...... God in all the simple stuff.

Our voluntary gathering offered many exchanges on simple everyday chit chats people have.In one session we covered loss experienced from emigration ,death ,sudden death death after illness, birth and joy .the range of emotions we feel moment by moment.one lady remarked how the years seem to fly ,yet dduring depression the days are long.our lives are a constant combination of a myriad of stuff,and its all OK.
