Maybe you're looking to change your career or would like to add to a current one.
Pilates Teaching is an incredible career, learning how your body can function through all kinds of challenges. Understanding there is an exercise to support every injury and many ways to improve the body.
This course will take you through all Joseph Pilates traditional/original moves, we will see how he designed each one to develop into many more. You will learn the importance of prehab and rehab exercises for clients who need or have had surgery. We will also go through the importance of Pregnancy Pilates and how it supports both mother and baby during and after the pregnancy.
If you would like more information or a conversation about this course please contact me to arrange.
