I love yoga. I love its history, its depth, and the wisdom it holds.
But I also think we need to keep asking questions.
How do we take these practices and make them meaningful for the bodies, minds and lives we’re actually living today?
Because the point isn’t to perform a perfect downward dog or tick off a certain number of minutes of meditation. It’s to feel more connected to ourselves. To move with more freedom, breathe more fully, understand ourselves a little better, and feel more alive in our everyday lives.
That’s what draws me to embodiment.
It’s about using movement, breath, awareness and curiosity to reconnect with ourselves. Not because we need fixing, but because there’s so much more to being human than getting through the day in our heads.
And this is what I want to make more accessible through my work: practices that meet you where you are, in the body you have, in the life you’re living right now.
✨ I’ve got something new coming soon.
A way to bring these practices into your life, wherever you are and whatever life looks like for you right now.
Curious?
