Garreth Grant Memorial Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament held at The Cove Bar , Saturday 29th November .
We had 40 buyins generating a €9000k prize pool. Congratulations to John Whitty taking the trophy and chopping with John Nolan and Anthony Fitzpatrick.
Thanks to all the participants who took part and to our dealers , the cove management Tom & staff making it the most exciting and enjoyable, comfortable night .
There were over 30 raffle prizes donations from Cove players and businesses around the area. A donation was presented by Cottonclub88 member John Curran for a raffle for our Cottonclub88 €200 Christmas game and was won by Alan Hall .The raffle draw helped raised €1015 towards Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.
Many Thanks to the lovely ladies Noelle and Sharon for their support throughout the night of the tournament.
To Lonnie and Paul in establishing this event for our dear friend Garreth Grant.
It won't be long till the 3rd Memorial Tournament take place in 2026.
Hope all will be able to make it and Thanks to all who contributed to this event last night.
