“My Fitness journey began four years ago when I decided to join Snap Fitness. I had been very thin my whole life and was unhappy with my physique. I weighed only 50 kg at a height of 168cm. My goal was to gain 10 kg.

Over a period of a year and a half I managed to gain 15kg.

Training brought me strength, discipline, peace, mental clarity and self-confidence.”
