Watch out, she’s got lightning in those kicks ⚑️πŸ₯Š

Training is always better when you have someone in your corner pushing you to be your best.
The older sister is doing an amazing job holding the pads and guiding the technique, while the younger sister is absolutely crushing it!

The future of Waterford Muaythai is looking bright (and powerful!) 🌟

Well done to our kids who competed at the IMO show in Dublin last Saturday. Rian and Robyn lost there fights but fought very well did everything we asked of them and Nathan and π…π’π¨π§πš fought very well and won there fights.
Unfortunately Aj Kiely lost a split decision in his title fight to a deserving winner. Thanks to S E T A N T A for matching our fighters.

Congratulations to our two amazing ladies who fought on the Bank Holiday weekend in Dublin.
wmt won a tough fight, her first back after injury so it was fantastic to get the 3 rounds under her belt and lost on points but fought so bravely and gave it her very best.
Well done girls.
Thanks to everyone for there support especially 309 Phuang Malai for matching them.
